### UK MOT Check

**UK MOT Check**

**Identifier:** `UK_MOT_1`

A UK MOT Check verifies key indicators of whether a vehicle meets UK road use requirements.

Using the vehicle registration number, it confirms the vehicle's MOT status and tax status based on official UK government records.

**Note:** This check is ordered via invite or through a parent check. Applicant data is collected via the invite form and is not sent in the API request body.

### Response

**201 Created** — Successfully ordered. Use the returned `id` to retrieve the full case via `GET /api/public/cases/{id}/`.

### Error codes
