**ASIC Credit Representatives Register**

An ASIC Credit Representative Check verifies whether an individual is authorised to act as a credit representative under an Australian Credit Licence (ACL). Maintained by ASIC, this register provides transparency into those permitted to provide credit services on behalf of a licensed organisation.
